The 10,000 Brains Project

The 10,000 Brains Project is a US-based nonprofit that is driving positive change by working across neurodegenerative diseases and harnessing the full potential of innovative tools and technologies to accelerate breakthroughs in earlier detection, better treatments, and more personalized care.

Data partners

Challenge Works is working closely with a number of organisations to support innovators to safely access one of the largest data sets on ALS/MND to date. These partnerships include support for data storage requirements and compute power, as well as provision of data.

Project MinE

Coordinated at the ALS Center Netherlands, Project MinE is the largest resource of genetic data on ALS in the world with over 300 research centers and 21 countries contributing data.
